Is a security deposit required?

Yes, we request a $100 security deposit be provided to cover any unforeseen circumstances such as damage to a unit.

Are the units heated or cooled?

No, at this time we do not offer climate- controlled units.

Is there 24-hour security on the premises?

Yes, along with the site manager who lives on the property.

Is there 24-hour access to the unit?

Yes, for an additional fee of $10/month plus HST.

Is there a minimum number of rental days?

Yes, we require a minimum one month rental.

How much notice should I give before moving out?

We’re sad to see you go. We request you provide us with 30 days notice before moving out of your storage unit.
